New York Fashion Week Event Intern: CLD PR

As a New York Fashion Week Event Intern for CLD PR, I helped with event production, organizing backstock, replenishing products on the floor, admin assistance, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the event. As well as greeting, assisting, and retrieving selections for guests.
Throughout the week I was able to help put together an event hosting brands such as Petite Moments, Windsor, Beís, BooHoo, and more. I worked to prepare the event my transferring all items to the event space. I created hundreds of gift bags. Organized brand sections and stations for the event. Created give away stations for brands. Managed attendance and invitations. Worked to manage the layout of guests. Worked closely with Petite Moments Jewelry to create an enriching experience for the guests while at the event. Helped consolidate and keep track of all items. Managed overall event and guests.
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have developed skills in various marketing processes, but also a deeper understanding of the Fashion industry as a whole.
