About Brae
Hi! I'm Brae Morgan, a recent graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Media Studies. I'm passionate about the fashion industry and excited by the intersection of buying, merchandising, creator partnerships, and brand strategy.
I've always believed that fashion and beauty are powerful forms of self-expression. Whether it's discovering emerging trends, experimenting with personal style, or analyzing what resonates with consumers, I love understanding how products connect with people. This passion has led me to pursue opportunities that combine both the creative and analytical sides of the industry.
Through my professional experiences, I've developed strong skills in data analysis, organization, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. I'm proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, SPSS, Launchmetrics, CreatorIQ, and other industry tools, and I enjoy using data to support strategic decision-making while keeping a close eye on market trends and consumer behavior.
One of my greatest strengths is my curiosity. I'm always eager to ask questions, take on new challenges, and learn from those around me. I thrive in collaborative environments, value strong relationships, and take pride in contributing thoughtfully to a team. As I continue to grow my career, I'm excited to combine my analytical mindset, creativity, and passion for fashion in roles focused on buying, merchandising, and brand growth.

Hometown:
Cardiff, California
Cardiff, California is a small coastal town located in northeastern San Diego. While the number of residents is growing immensely, the spread of Cardiff itself is quite compact. I have always loved the kind community and the ability to see a breathtaking sunset no matter what time of year it is. The sense of community is like no other. The traditions of street fairs, surf paddle outs, and small business fairs have allowed me to be apart of something bigger than myself in a productive and creative way. Regardless of it's growing population, my hometown has always felt like my own backyard. The sand was always between my toes and the ocean was always at my fingertips with me ready to touch any sea anemone near. Growing up by the ocean I lived a very active lifestyle where I learned to surf, swim, play soccer, and explore athleticism in any way. I also grew deeply passionate about the planets well being and conserving the beauty of nature. As I get older, I am able to reflect on the impact that my hometown has had on me and that is something I am eternally grateful for. I have grown into a curious, passionate, and caring young woman and I owe a lot of that to Cardiff.
Education:
University of Oregon
Graduating from the University of Oregon has been one of the most impactful experiences of my life. Moving nearly 1,000 miles from home gave me the opportunity to grow independently and discover more about myself than I ever expected. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Media Studies, and I loved challenging myself through coursework that strengthened both my analytical and creative skill sets.
During my time at the University of Oregon, I became involved in several organizations that shaped both my personal and professional growth. As a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), I developed a deeper understanding of marketing, communications, and the business world. I was also a member of the Psi Alpha Chapter of Chi Omega, where I served as Sisterhood Assistant. Being surrounded by such an inspiring community of women taught me the value of leadership, collaboration, and giving back to others.
I also had the opportunity to contribute to Align Magazine, the University of Oregon's fashion magazine, as a Playlist Curator. Through this role, I explored the intersection of fashion, culture, and student life while gaining a greater appreciation for the industry's influence and creativity.
Beyond academics and campus involvement, living in Oregon introduced me to experiences I will always treasure. From hiking scenic trails and chasing waterfalls to experiencing all four seasons, I embraced everything the Pacific Northwest had to offer.
Looking back, I am incredibly grateful for my time at the University of Oregon. The experiences, friendships, and opportunities I found there challenged me to grow, strengthened my confidence, and prepared me for the next chapter of my career. I will always appreciate the foundation the university gave me and the person it helped me become.

Veganism & Sustainability
Value:
Growing up I was always aware of the importance of healthy eating and nourishing my body with whole foods. I never really understood the depth of the food industry and how much it impacts our planet until I was 14. I decided to go vegan to help nourish my body and the planet. Going vegan quickly became one of the best decisions I have ever made and I have now been vegan for over 9 years. Being vegan not only allows me to help our planet, but it has also given me a community of like-minded and conscious people who all want to help the planet. Contributing to the improvement of our planet knowing that I am not only saving animals' lives but also lowering the use of carbon dioxide, methane, water, deforestation, and more is so rewarding. With that, I have also learned the importance of implementing sustainability into my life. Shopping more locally, conserving light and water, and being aware of what I purchase are things I have implemented into my daily life. Helping the earth is something that I hope to not only embrace but improve on for the rest of my life. I will continue to contribute to the betterment of our planet as well as encourage others to do so.
My Goals:
Keeping accountability is key to completing and excelling in your goals. Being a very goal-oriented person myself, I find it very important to lay out exactly what I want to achieve whether that be through vision boards or writing. I have a plethora of goals whether they be personal or business-related, but I wanted to share my business goals. I aim to be a powerful and creative businesswoman. I want to continue to learn as well as deepen my passion for my field of interest.
