
Wasserman - The Team

In the fall, I joined the Wasserman team as a Creator Partnerships Intern. Wasserman is a global sports, music, and entertainment company that provides representation and marketing services to talent, brands, and properties. I had the opportunity to work under a mentor who guided me through my day-to-day responsibilities and helped me grow within the role.
Now known as “The Team,” Wasserman is a global sports, music, and entertainment company specializing in talent representation, brand marketing, and strategic partnerships. They represent some of the world’s top athletes, including Giannis Antetokounmpo, Russell Westbrook, and Megan Rapinoe, as well as leading creators and entertainers, while helping major brands connect with audiences through campaigns that feel both authentic and culturally relevant. Wasserman has partnered with brands such as Nike, Netflix, and American Express to execute high-impact campaigns across sports, entertainment, and digital media. With divisions spanning representation, branding, media, and creator partnerships, Wasserman plays a key role across multiple areas of the industry. Their ability to combine data-driven strategy with creative storytelling is a big reason they are so respected and influential. I’m incredibly grateful and honored to have had the opportunity to intern there.
I worked closely with the Creator Partnerships team at Wasserman, assisting in the development and execution of strategic brand collaborations. I supported the team in building and maintaining relationships with creators and brand partners, while analyzing performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies. I gained hands-on experience in the creator economy, learning how data, authenticity, and strategic alignment drive impactful partnerships, while contributing to overall partnership strategy and execution.

Below is my final presentation that I shared with my mentor, highlighting the skills I developed throughout my internship. I focused on overall business and marketing analysis, in-depth campaign analysis, creator partnership strategies, creator vetting, brand safety, and proposing new creator partnership ideas for the brand.
