White Fox Holiday Event Intern: CLD PR

Supported the execution of a high-profile White Fox holiday gifting event through hands-on involvement in influencer relations, event production, and brand activation. White Fox is a global fashion brand known for trend-driven apparel and celebrity- and creator-led digital marketing. Assisted with guest experience, product curation, on-site logistics, and showroom support while gaining exposure to the behind-the-scenes strategy that drives celebrity and creator-focused fashion events.
As a White Fox Holiday Event Intern with CLD PR, I supported the execution of a multi-day gifting suite in partnership with White Fox Boutique, gaining hands-on experience in influencer relations, experiential marketing, and event logistics within a fast-paced PR environment. I assisted with event setup and merchandising, ensuring brand displays were visually aligned and the showroom maintained a polished, elevated aesthetic throughout the event. I worked closely with influencers and guests in a face-to-face setting, guiding them through the space, assisting with wardrobe selections and try-ons, and creating a seamless and personalized brand experience. Behind the scenes, I helped organize backstock, manage inventory, and track product movement to ensure efficiency and accuracy during high-volume traffic. I also supported influencer gifting processes and collaborated with the team to ensure smooth operations from check-in to checkout. This experience strengthened my ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and contribute to a dynamic, client-facing environment while gaining valuable insight into how brands build relationships with creators through in-person activations.
